- Is AI included on every plan?
- Yes. AI does dispatch reshuffles, photo-to-invoice drafting, denial-appeal letters, payroll reconciliation, and the "Ask your business" chat. No usage tiers, no overage bills, on every plan. We refuse to build a tier where intelligence is the upcharge.
- Do you really charge per user?
- No. Your entire team — dispatchers, techs, schedulers, billers, caregivers, family-portal users — is included for one org price. Hire 10 caregivers next month; the bill doesn't change. Above 25 trucks (or 50 caregivers) we charge a small per-unit overage.
- Is EVV included?
- EVV. Cures Act capture, aggregator API fees (Sandata, HHAeXchange, Tellus, CareBridge), 837P/835 claim infrastructure, and HIPAA BAA all sit in the Home Care plan. The legacy stack charges these as $300–600/mo of add-ons; we roll them in.
- What about annual billing?
- 15% discount on annual billing, paid upfront but pro-rated and refunded if you migrate off in the first 90 days.
- How does migration work?
- White-glove on every plan. We build an import map from your current system (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, AxisCare, HHAeXchange, Sandata, Tellus), run it on a sandbox, and cut over on a Saturday. Most shops are live within 4–6 hours. Carmen runs migration personally on shops under 12 trucks.
